Healthy SG

1. All Singaporeans and PR above 60 years old can sign up for Healthy SG at our clinic.

2. All Singaporeans and PR between 40 to years old, who received a SMS invite from MOH or at their Healthhub, can sign up for Healthy SG at our clinic.

3. All Singaporeans and PR who has Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension and High cholesterol can sign up for Healthy SG at our clinic.

• Free recommended vaccinations and health screenings for Singaporeans.

• $20 into 365 app for Singaporeans and PR. This can be used to buy things at NTUC etc. This will be done after the Health Plan is done. Health Plan is a free consultation.

• No cash payment for management of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, High Cholesterol. Medications are at same price as polyclinic.

• There is no restriction, and you can attend any clinic for acute or serious medical illnesses. However, you have to attend our clinic for management of any Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, vaccinations and health screenings.

• After signing for Healthy SG, your information about medications and diagnosis will be uploaded to NEHR (National Electronics Health Records). If you attend the hospital in future, the hospital will know the diagnosis and what medications we gave you at our clinic, from the day you signed up. Details of the consultation and medical notes will not be uploaded.
